Free electricity from the sun | Get paid for generating electricity | Up to £1,000 a year

Do you want to take advantage of free electricity? Do you want to reduce your Carbon Footprint? Are you interested to find out how you can benefit from fitting photovoltaic cells to your premises?
Then please read on...

Too good to be true?

In the current economic climate there is always someone offering you a bargain. From buy one get one free to never ending, never to be repeated sales. These sales techniques make us all a little cynical, especially when someone offers you something that looks as though it is too good to be true.

earn money from your solar pv systems

However we really can offer you the opportunity to benefit from this government backed initiative.

By utilising Feed in Tariffs you can earn up to £1,575 a year by installing a photovoltaic (PV) system on your roof. This technology harnesses the power of the sun to generate electricity which you can either use yourself, or feed back into the National Grid. And the good thing about it is you get paid whether you use it yourself or not.

For the average home that could be up to £1,575 a year paid directly to you, tax free, and it is guaranteed for 25 years.

So what is the catch?

There isn’t one. You buy the system from us, a local company with key staff having over 100 years of experience in the electrical contracting industry between them, we install it for you and you get the benefits.

The installation would normally only take a couple of days, then you can sit back and enjoy the benefit of free electricity and be happy that you are doing something to reduce your carbon footprint.

What are the limitations

As long as you own your home and it is not a listed building or in a conservation area, there should be no reason why you cannot benefit from this green technology.

What Happens Next

Once you have made the first contact we will arrange to do an initial survey to check whether your home is suitable and give you an idea of the potential benefits you could receive, and an approximate cost for the installation. This can normally be done the same day with the preliminary results put in writing for you to consider.

If this meets with your approval we would then carry out a detailed survey to ensure it is safe to fit a system to your roof, this will be accompanied with a detailed system design, together with a personal savings projection. Should we have any concerns about the suitability of your roof we would advise that we arrange for a Structural Engineers report to be undertaken, for which would be charged if you decided not to proceed.

If you are happy with our proposals and would like to continue, we ask for a deposit that will fix the price. Your deposit is safeguarded by an insurance guarantee.

We will then arrange a convenient date to carry out the installation and complete all the documentation to enable you to claim the payment of the feed in tariff.

All works would be carried out in line with current Health & Safety at Work Regulations with as little disturbance to you as possible.

Why should we believe you?

GSA Renewables are part of G S Adams Ltd , a NICEIC approved Electrical Installation Contractor established for 25 years giving you the double safeguards of the MCS scheme and the NICEIC who are the industry's governing body.

Only installations that have been carried out by an MCS Approved installer can qualify for the feed in tariff, which improves the quality of the work and prevents cowboys from profiteering.

Why should we use you?

For the reasons set out above GSA Renewables your local MCS Approved installation company will make certain the system is installed to Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) standards to ensure that you get the maximum benefit from the Feed in Tariffs (FIT) which are available.

The key to an efficient photovoltaic system is to have it properly designed, installed and maintained; GSA Renewables design every system specifically for you. Only by tailoring a system specifically for your home can we be certain you get the maximum benefits for the minimum outlay. Why spend money if it is not necessary.

We use fully trained engineers to install the system and everyone working on your home will have been trained to make sure the system is installed and operates correctly. All work on the roof is to a design which will be checked by a registered Structural Engineer where necessary, and will be undertaken by qualified craftsmen.

So, what are the benefits to me?

Every home is different but the following example is based on an average three bedroom semi detached house in the Midlands with a south west facing roof with space for a 6 meter x 4 meter panel array with no overshadowing. This could produce up to 2,481kwh per annum.

With a feed in tariff of 43.3 pence per kilowatt hour your system generates, the rates are linked to the retail price index and are guaranteed for 25 years. On these figures this system could receive £1306.00 per annum.

If you feed power back into the grid you will receive an additional 3.1 pence per kilowatt hour so assuming you use 70% of what you generate you would get an additional £53.84. Added to this you would not have to pay for 1736.7 kwh from your supply company so with an average unit cost of 12.06 pence you would save an additional £209.45 per annum.

Using the figures above by investing in a photo voltaic system from GSA Renewables you could be £1569.29 better off every year.

If your system cost £10,000 to install it could pay for itself in under seven years, after that you could receive a tax free benefit of £1569.29 for the next 18 years or almost £28,300 based on today's rates. These values are indicative and will vary depending on location, weather conditions, and system performance and are based on figures supplied by the Energy Saving Trust. See www.energysavingtrust.org.uk

These systems can be fitted to commercial as well as domestic buildings and still qualify for the generous feed in tariffs.

Unlike other companies that are claiming to give you free electricity if you rent your roof to them, this system belongs to you and you get all of the benefits. That is the payment for the feed in tariff, money for the additional power you feed back into the grid and free electricity.

Why GSA Renewables?

Unless you use an MCS approved installer you will not be able to claim any of the feed in tariff payments for which your system will entitle you. By using GSA Renewables you are guaranteed that for as long as the scheme operates which at present is a guaranteed 25 years, you will benefit from everything your system generates.

Some companies are not MCS accredited so you will not be able to get anything back and for those that are not accredited by an organisation such as NICEIC, it may actually be unsafe and illegal for them to connect it to your house wiring.

Do not take chances with your home, use an MCS and NICEIC approved installer for all your work. Contact us now for more information on the benefits of using an approved installer.
